Free Delivery Promotion
Enjoy free standard delivery within Kigali for all orders over 50,000 RWF. For other locations, free delivery is available for orders over 100,000 RWF.

How far in advance can I schedule?
You can schedule gifts for delivery up to 5 years in advance. Perfect for planning birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
Can I change the delivery date?
Yes, you can change the delivery date up to 3 days before the scheduled date through your dashboard or by contacting customer support.
What if the recipient isn't available?
Our team will contact the recipient and attempt delivery. If unsuccessful, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, weekend deliveries are available in major cities with an additional fee. Standard weekend delivery is included for scheduled gifts.
